Kira Scanlan, LiCSW
Kira attended Smith College School for Social Work and received her MSW in 1999 with a clinical focus on children and families. Since that time, Kira has practiced in a variety of settings from preschools, home visiting, hospitals, outpatient practice, and men's correctional facilities. Currently, Kira is providing outpatient psychotherapy to the community through in-person and telepsych services. Kira's approach is holistic to support and guide people in building skills to better managing symptoms of anxiety and depression. In addition, she provides both parenting and addiction support to individuals and couples. As a seasoned licensed clinical social worker (LiCSW), Kira mentors and provides clinical supervision to both pre-licensed and licensed practitioners.
